Evan LeClair, LCSW

Evan LeClair is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting both adults and children who have faced trauma, domestic violence, housing instability, and suicidal thoughts. His career began in a domestic violence shelter, where he worked as an advocate helping individuals and families rebuild their lives after making the courageous decision to seek safety. Those early experiences shaped his belief that every person holds an incredible capacity for resilience, even in their most difficult moments.

Evan approaches therapy with empathy, respect, and collaboration. He understands that mental health challenges are often deeply connected to real-life struggles-relationships, finances, safety, or sudden change-and that healing requires both compassion and practical support. His work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognize their own inner resources and empowering them to make choices that feel right for them.

Evan believes that therapy is not about "fixing" people-it's about creating a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, process your experiences, and move toward a more grounded and hopeful life.

When he's not working, Evan enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with his community, and exploring new ways to recharge and find balance.
