Jessica Allard, LCSW

Jessica Allard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with four years of experience helping clients navigate a variety of concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, relationship stress, life transitions, and trauma. She works with adults and couples, and she also provides safe, affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Jessica understands that life can sometimes feel frightening or overwhelming, and relationships can bring both comfort and challenge. Her goal is to work collaboratively with clients to gently uncover and remove the barriers that may be standing in the way of growth, healing, and well-being.

Jessica uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Her style is client-centered and strengths-based, meaning she works together with clients to focus on their goals and move at a pace that feels right for them. When working with Jess, clients can expect to be heard, validated, and supported in a safe space where they can work through their concerns and move toward lasting change.
