Karyn Luzio, LPCA

Karyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

Karyn provides compassionate, client-centered counseling to individuals navigating life stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and PTSD.

Using a strengths-based approach informed by positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Karyn meets clients where they are and supports them in creating meaningful, lasting change. Karyn believes in a holistic approach to mental well-being, emphasizing mindfulness, joyful movement, self-care, hobbies, and social support as essential components of overall wellness.
