Natalie Haynes, LCSW
Natalie Haynes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others through talk therapy. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work and in Women's and Gender Studies. Natalie is dedicated to bettering the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and supporting their unique experiences.
Natalie has worked in the mental health field for 10 years, supporting adults and children of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. She uses a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet clients where they are and address their individual experiences and needs. Her therapeutic influences include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy. Natalie believes that deeply knowing and trusting oneself leads to a better understanding of the world.
