Tiffany Ledyard, LPCA

Tiffany Ledyard has worked in the mental health field for twenty years and has been a therapist in the State of Connecticut since 2023. She received her Bachelor of Human Services from Post University in 2014 and her Master of Clinical Counseling and Human Services from Post University in 2022.

She is dedicated to providing clinical and crisis interventions to youth and is passionate about social justice and motivating youth to become productive members of society. Her approach is client-centered and solution-focused. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, providing services for individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, disruptive disorders, OCD, RAD, ODD, PTSD, impulse control/conduct disorder, trauma, and grief and loss.

Tiffany aims to assist her clients with everyday stressors, traumatic life events, mood and emotion dysregulation, unhealthy relationships, boundaries, and conflict resolution. She strives to empower individuals to use their strengths to attain their goals, achieve personal growth, and build self-esteem.
